SAC worked with Aspendos Dairy Kangema on:

• the energy optimization of the dairy production process
• the identification on sustainable business models for energy usage

The main topics of the work were as follows:

• evaluation and analysis of the milk production process at Aspendos Dairy
• infrastructural and technical improvements
• development of business models for implementation
